Extremely Dissappointed in DSUG change

Postby seascape » Wed Nov 18, 2009 1:29 pm

I'm extremely upset that we the user community of DocSci products have lost all our Q&A history with this new forum. The DocSci forum was a great resource of information that appearently has been lost with this sites forum change.

PLEASE RESTORE COMPUSET/DLS/xPRESSION histories to this forum if you value your customer base.

We wanted to let the membership know that we have been dilligently working to recover the old forum data. We were unable to successfully retrieve it into the existing forum format, but it will be available in searchable PDF.

Our apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused; we will notify the membership as a whole as soon as the transition is complete.

On behalf of the DSUG Executive Committee,

Well, that explains why I haven't been able to find anything on this visit. A very unfortunate event. Anxiously awaiting pdf of the old forum information.

We have completed the process of converting the data and will be posting it to the appropriate forums this week.

Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
