Has anyone needed to customize the workflow process for xRevise? Out of the box, it doesn't handle how we would like the process to flow. For example: A customer service rep needs to their document to the manager. The manager then may or may not need to send to their director. The director may or may not need to send to the managing director. And then, once the document is approved, send it back to the customer service rep to distribute.
Looking for any insight to how anyone may have handled this or suggestions.
