What is the Document Sciences User Group?
The Document Sciences User Group has been in existence, in some form, since 1995. Its memebers are individuals who use various software products produced by Document Sciences Corporation of San Diego, California. The user group was created as a means for users to share their knowledge, and to provide a forum through which users could express their opinions about the future direction Document Sciences' products.

If I send information for posting on the web site, will you use my name?
We will not use your name unless you give us explicit permission to do so. Otherwise, the information you provide will be posted anonomously. We will always attempt to verify information before posting it.

What is an Action Request (AR) ID?
When you call the Document Sciences help desk, your issue will be assigned an Action Request (AR) ID. This AR can then be used to track the progress of your issue. Once your issue is complete, Document Sciences will notify you that your AR is closed.
